The Jes Extender Titanium comes is supplied with a warranty period of no less than 3 years. The Jes Extender Gold is supplied with a warranty period of no less than the lifetime of the customer who purchased it. All warranties are non transferable and replacement parts can only be requested by the person who made the initial purchase of the product. This warranty policy covers all parts of the product that are not serviceable in nature and that are not considered spare parts, including the main device itself which is comprised of a contoured base ring which rests against the pubic region of the body, two spring loaded assembly arms, various extension rods and the plastic cradle. All other parts including but not limited to; comfort straps, silicone tubes, velcro straps and foam pads are considered consumable spare parts and are not covered by warranty unless expressly stated, or otherwise shown to be manufactured with a defect. All postage costs related to parts replaced under warranty is to be paid for by the customer.
