A: Many clinical trials and studies are based on regular use of penile traction therapy over 3, 4, 6 or 9 months. Results may differ from person to person due to biological traits and depending on how much Jes Extender is used. Although there is no hard or fast rule about how long it will take to gain “x” inches, in order to help achieve a 1 to 2 inch gain you should be willing to use for at least 4 to 6 months.
